Pimms Cup from Napoleon House in New Orleans

Ingredients:

• 1 part Pimm's No. 1
• 1 part lemonade
• 7 up
• Garnish: slice of cucumber, (optional: mint leaves and orange slice)

In an ice-filled collins glass, add Pimm's and lemonade. Top with 7-up or ginger ale. Garnish with cucuber slice.
