Greek Salad |
Ingredients:
- Red leaf or green leaf lettuce, chopped
- Kalamata olives, pitted
- Feta cheese, crumbled
- Red onion, sliced
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Oregano, optional
- Balsamic dressing
Preparation:
- Chop lettuce into bite-size pieces and lay on salad dishes
- Place 3 onion rings on top of lettuce, add crumbled feta cheese, olives.
- Serve with balsamic dressing on the side.
