icon Greek Salad


  • Red leaf or green leaf lettuce, chopped
  • Kalamata olives, pitted
  • Feta cheese, crumbled
  • Red onion, sliced
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Oregano, optional
  • Balsamic dressing


  1. Chop lettuce into bite-size pieces and lay on salad dishes
  2. Place 3 onion rings on top of lettuce, add crumbled feta cheese, olives.
  3. Serve with balsamic dressing on the side.
