icon Bastille Salad


  • 1 ripe cantaloupe, sliced in chunks
  • 6 slices prosciutto crudo, julienned
  • 1 head romaine
  • Vinaigrette of 1/2 olive oil, 1/2 canola oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper
  • Shaved parmesan cheese, optional


  1. Toss together, garnish with shaved parmesan and serve in a large bowl.
